Every month, a free meeting is held on a specific topic. The announcement is usually made via Instagram. Occasionally, surveys are conducted through Google Forms, allowing participants to help decide the topic. After the necessary preparations, the meeting is announced and conducted accordingly.
The duration of free meetings is usually one hour. At the end of the meeting, a Q&A session is held, where participants can ask questions related to Ancient Greece or mythology. There is no strict time limit for the Q&A session, and an effort is made to answer all questions. In some months, the number of meetings may increase to two. However, the second topic is usually fixed and titled "A Story of Resistance: Prometheus." This meeting about Prometheus is generally conducted in a conversational or discussion format, allowing for an exchange of ideas.
Paid meetings can be categorized into two types: single-session meetings and multi-session meetings spread over a period of time. In paid meetings, participants receive a specially compiled magazine related to the topic of the meeting. In single-session meetings, this magazine is provided in PDF format, whereas in multi-session meetings, it is offered as a printed publication. The content strictly adheres to the topic of the respective meeting, and its structure follows the same format as a magazine.
The duration of paid meetings is 2 hours, with a 10-minute break after the first hour. After the 2-hour session is completed, a Q&A session follows. The allocated time for this section is 15 minutes, but if there is a high volume of questions, it can be extended up to 30 minutes. Upon request, this period can be further extended, but it will not exceed 45 minutes.
